We provide a FULL 7-DAY TRIAL GUARANTEE !!! That means, the day you receive the knife you have a full 7-day trial period for ALL our FOX Knives Italy and Mandiola Defense products ONLY. If you’re not fully satisfied with the performance and quality of this knife, you can send it back for refund, minus a small 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our handling & merchant account fees. We also have a Wear-N-Tear fee, only if it needs to be applied based on the percentage of wear and tear usage. Typically, it could be anywhere from 0%, if it comes back in Mint, Like-New condition, up to 20-50% if it shows signs of visible wear and tear. Although FOX, Mandiola Defense and our other knives are extremely durable, we do NOT accept returns (or warranty) of blades that are dented, chipped or broken, regardless if they were caused by accident or by some other cause, as these show obvious signs of use and/or abuse of the knife. Also, hitting the back (non-sharp) part of the blade on a hard (or semi-hard) surface (otherwise known as “Spine Whacking”) can compromise the liner lock of any of these knives (whether the live blade or the trainer). Spine Wacking is considered abuse and will also void your warranty on any knife sold on this site. Please contact us first before sharpening or altering the blade if you feel there is any issue with your knife. If we notice ANY disassembling and/or alterations to the knife done by the customer (if it is returned) will void the warranty. Pocket clips that were broken in customer’s handling are also not covered by this warranty, as they are considered a wear and tear item/accessory. With that said, we are confident of the quality and satisfaction that you’ll receive in the full use of this Utility/CQC Defense Knife.
REPLACEMENT policy for our products:
Online or offline replacement orders of any of our products will incur a 20% restocking fee, and the two-way shipping costs for the replaced item/s shall be shouldered by the customer. Also, this has to be done 24 hours from the time you placed your order. If you received your order and want to exchange it, you have another 24 hours to do so from the time that you received your product, but again you will be subject to the 20% restocking fee as well as the shipping fee to and fro.
WARRANTY (By Fox Knives Italy):
All Fox Italy-made knives have a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects or broken parts and materials if the defect or breakage has been caused by improper use of the knife. If you should find a defect, please contact your local Fox knives dealer or the location from which the product was purchased.
Overseas Charge and/or Credit Card Payment Restrictions:
Any overseas purchases can only be processed using PayPal. This will further protect our business transactions and our customers. If you decide to use your Credit Card to process your order, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
Returns & Cancellation Policy:
Items that are almost new or unopened may be returned within 7 days and refunded but less the 20% for merchant & processing fees. The 20% merchant & processing fee applies to replaced items delivered to the customer, while a 10% merchant & processing fee applies only to online cancellations. Online cancellation for ANY order should be done through CALLS. DO NOT email us. If you decide to return any product that is offered on our site without calling us first, the package will be sent back to you. Once you contact us and if your return is approved, you must pay for return shipping fee and other pertinent fees. The only exception where we will pay the return shipping cost is when the return is a result of our error.
Expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks after returning your item, however, in many cases it takes only 7 business days to receive the refund. The 4-week period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return upon receiving (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You must pay for the shipping for any returned items, and we only accept USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate Shipping). We only pay for the full amount insured to the returned item. We are not liable for any lost shipment.
Assumption of Risk:
Concerning any of our products, ReNu Tech Solutions, LLC accepts no liability to all customers who purchase on www.theultimateknife.com. All customers assume any and all risks of injury related to the use of any of our products. This information is also provided in the Terms and Conditions checkbox (that must be selected/checked) which states that the customer fully understands and agrees to the terms about purchasing any of our products. Also, it is the customers’ responsibility to seek proper training and to know local laws (where you reside), what is and what is not allowed so to know your legal rights when it comes to carrying and/or using any products you purchased from our site. Lastly, under our Terms and Conditions (at our Checkout area that you must accomplish in order to complete your purchase), YOU MUST VERIFY (before proceeding with your order) that you are at least 18 years of age to make the purchase. If you are below 18, please DO NOT proceed with the purchase as we do not sell to minors any of our Karamit knife. If you are a minor who proceeds with the order and it does go through and we find out, the order will be cancelled and refunded, and you will also be charged a 10% merchant and processing fee (of the total purchase price).
Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but if there are laws within your country that prohibit liner locked knives, or any other laws that restrict you from purchasing the knives that we sell here on this site, then please refrain from ordering. Only in the City of Manhattan, NY and the entire country of Australia are two of the places where this knife is considered illegal to carry and is subject to confiscation and/or fines. If you decide to order and we cannot ship to your country you will be charged a merchant & processing fee of 10% of the total amount ordered. We strongly encourage all of our international customers to please contact us first (via email) to check if we are allowed to ship any of our products to your country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page.
With the growing demand for FOX Karambit knives, we can be back ordered from anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks. Customarily, waiting period could extend by 1 or 2 more weeks. If you want to know the availability of your prospect item, it’s best to CALL US FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER so we can let you know our current status. This way, you will understand that your request could take longer than you expect even if your order is a next-day shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We encourage ALL customers who are placing international orders to contact us first before they place their order so we can provide accurate shipping charges as our checkout menu may not provide that information.
Lost, Damaged, or Confiscated Shipment:
Lastly, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated shipment. If you want to insure your package you must request it by directly calling us (PH: 941-504-2400) or by emailing us (EMAIL:[email protected]), and additional charges will apply (only if you request the insurance that incurs added cost). No reimbursements will be given for lost, damaged, or confiscated shipments (by your country’s customs).
International Shipments:
If your item is confiscated by your country’s customs and returned to us, we will reimburse only what is returned to us minus a 20% restocking fee. If any item/s is/are missing in the returned shipment/s, there will be no reimbursements for the item/s, again, only what is returned to us minus a 20% restocking fee.
